Kirkland volunteers for law clinic today at World Changers Church Internat’l

Marshall & Kirkland Law Group (MKLG) is honored to participate in the 3rd Annual Law Day hosted by World Changers Church International (WCCI). In 2010 this event was birth in an effort to increase awareness of the rights and privileges we all hold as individuals, as consumers and as a residents of Georgia and the United States, and to provide a wide range of legal and general resources to the WCCI members and the community at large. According to the statement released by Judge Charles Murray, Director of WCCI Legal Resources Department, “Law Day signifies our national heritage of liberty under the law.” Held every year between May and June the Law Day event has grown to provide free consultations and advice to hundreds of individuals and families each session. In 2012 the event has added new components that that are sure to bring great value to those served by incorporating a Voter Registration Drive and a Wills Clinic, a separate consultation providing specific estate planning information and FREE wills for people who are without one. WCCI Law Day has also added more workshops to include Criminal Law, Mediation, Foreclosure, and Bankruptcy. Attorneys from across the metro-Atlanta area have volunteered their time and the anointing that God has given them to advise, assist and empower people in need. Attorneys Deidré Kirkland and Dante Marshall are honored and excited to participate each year. MKLG will continue to be a faithful supporter of WCCI and look forward to many more years of successful Law Day events.
